mesh. GmbH was incorporated in April 2026 to give a legal home to seven years of work that had previously lived inside Liebler Ventures. The company exists for one purpose: to bootstrap the mesh.eco distributed ecosystem — a network of apps, services and AI aeons where contribution is the unit of influence — and then progressively step back as the network matures.
We don't want to own the network. We want to seed it, fund it, defend it from capture, and let it become self-governing. The company is the gardener; the network is the garden.
Most platforms promise to decentralise and never do. mesh. GmbH binds itself to a structural schedule: as the Network Maturity Index (NMI) rises, the company progressively revokes its own operational privileges.
Operational control. Day-to-day decisions, hiring, product direction. Enough to run a company under uncertainty.
Held in trust for the collective of all mesh network participants. Cannot be sold, cannot be repurposed. Blocks any sale, dissolution or change of mission.
